Meredith Presents on LLC Operating Agreements

At the annual contract law conference at Barry University in Orlando, Florida, Meredith presented on whether New York should amend its Limited Liability Company ("LLC") Law to allow for oral operating agreements. Currently, unlike most other states, New York requires that operating agreements be in writing.
